Banks do not lend money, they trick clients into believing that money from the client’s own STRAWMAN Treasury account is being lent to them by the bank. Banks pretend to lend to “borrowers” by fraudulently getting them to sign a promissory note and misrepresenting to them that it is a legally binding contract. It isn’t. Bank representatives NEVER sign the note that they get their clients to sign which they then deliberately misrepresent to be a contract.  Governments and their judiciaries are COMPLICIT in this gigantic fraud because the Judges they appoint ENFORCE the bank’s fraudulent claims in government courts.

Banks provide NOTHING to mortgage and loan borrowers. They PRETEND to loan money but merely make a claim to the government Treasury for the mortgage or loan amount and pretend money represented by the bookkeeping amount placed in the client’s account comes from the bank.
