Banks do not warehouse your money for safe keeping, they borrow it on an unsecured basis BUT do not tell you that. That means it becomes the bank’s property and they use it to make speculative investments for the bank’s benefit. When bank investments “go south” and they face bankruptcy they formally BAIL-IN the so-called deposits of clients to use as the bank’s capital in an attempt to stave off liquidation of the bank and its assets. As “deposits” are actually loans to the bank on an unsecured basis, “depositors’ rank behind ALL secured bank creditors in the liquidation process.

Banks DO NOT lend your money to other clients who seek to borrow money. Banks DO NOT lend money at all, they PRETEND to lend money in a criminal process approved by governments (i.e. other private corporations masquerading as elected governments (like the US Inc and the Commonwealth of Australia) ) that grant private banks FREE licences authorising them to fraudulently pretend to lend fictitious money amounts to clients they falsely call “borrowers”. They do that by placing digits in clients’ accounts and fraudulently calling those book keeping digits money or currency. Those digits are digital debt tokens that only exist as bookkeeping entries in clients’ accounts. When the so-called “borrower” eventually pays the bank all of that imaginary bookkeeping amount the entry is deleted and the imaginary money formally ceases to exist because it never existed anyway. In contrast, loans of physical money like gold coins doesn’t cease to exist when a loan is repaid, the money is simply transferred to another holder and the total quantity of money in circulation doesn’t diminish.

This banks’ “MONEY MAGIC” process results in so-called “borrowers” paying banks the full sum of the imaginary money appearing in their accounts PLUS additional sums of money that the banks DEMAND as “interest” on the principal digital sum appearing in clients’ account(s). In effect banks STEAL from “borrowers” the entire sum of (debt token) money appearing in their account(s). BUT the sum of money paid to the banks by “borrowers” is REAL money, i.e. it consists of the actual fruits of the labour of “borrowers” ; NOT mere digital bookkeeping entries.

This fraudulent (counterfeiting) process is the result of collusion between governments that are actually private corporations like the US Inc., and Commonwealth of Australia, et al; and private banking corporations. The collusion is explicit as evidenced by the fact that:

(1) Complicit governments DO NOT issue asset backed money (and currency) backed by the full faith and credit of the nation which has been the function of governments from time immemorial. At most, governments create a tiny fraction of the money in circulation in the form of coins and notes.

This government refusal to create and issue money enables banks to use their fractional reserve MONEY MAGIC counterfeiting system because humanity’s current level of spiritual development is insufficient to enable society and the economy to function without some tangible method for facilitating the exchange of goods and services.

(2) Governments ignore the illegality of the banks’ fractional reserve system by not only pretending that bank loans are genuine and legal but governments also provide the physical and legal ‘muscle’ needed to enforce the banks’ illegal pseudo money lending activities. Governments do that by using their policing, judicial and prison authorities to enforce payment to banks (and to punish those who “default” in their payment) of the banks’ claimed but fraudulent loans and interest payments thereon. In addition governments legislate and enforce laws preventing anyone creating and using any commercial bartering arrangements or creating and issuing their own asset backed money. That ensures that the banks’ fraudulent fractional reserve lending is a ‘money’ monopoly that the population has to use in order to have a means for maintaining economic and societal interactions.

The current fraudulent money system formally commenced in 1694 when the United Kingdom’s King William III granted banksters the right to establish the Bank Of England to pretend to lend money to his kingdom on a fractional reserve basis. Initially the Bank of England only purported to lend twice as much money as it actually had but in the 1670s the banksters convinced King George III to abolish England’s Tally Stick money system that had been successfully used in England since around 1200 AD. That enabled them to expand the scam and caused the American War of Independence because King George III then required the American colonists to pay taxes in gold which resulted in destroying the colonists’ very successful Colonial Scrip money system and caused the American colonies’ economies to collapse. The result was rampant unemployment, poverty and suffering. Sound familiar?!

Thereafter the Bank of England’s fraudulent fractional reserve system of creating money out of thin air spread throughout the British empire and beyond.

The Bank of England began by lending twice as much money as it held but that merely started the formal march towards banks issuing nine times more money than they actually held. NOW major banks are no longer required to hold any specified amount of tangible money to support their loan activities. They neither create nor hold tangible sums of money to back their loans.

The fractional reserve money creation system inevitably sucks almost ALL of the wealth from an economy over time causing widespread scarcity, poverty and ‘want’. The process inevitably causes the system to collapse because the population ceases to be able to “borrow” sufficient pretend money (currency) into circulation to enable the economy to continue to function. The reason for that is the fact that eventually the population can no longer pay the banks the interest demanded on the debt on existing “loans”. The banks try to extend the system by reducing the interest they demand on new loans to near zero and even beyond, as happened in recent years; but that eventually collapses the banks also. That has forced Central Banks to increase interest rates which implodes the economy and the fractional reserve banking system with it anyway. THAT is happening now, globally.

Banks interrogating clients as to their reasons for withdrawing their “deposits” is a symptom of the coming collapse of the global banking system as most major banks are bankrupt and any substantial “run” on them by “depositors” seeking to withdraw the money they lent to the bank will formally bankrupt them.
