Chevron Deference

I recommend watching this video from the beginning (where British MP Andrew Brigden reminds us that the UK government is trying to turn Russia’s SMO into a global nuclear conflict.

Also please continue to watch when Greg Reese explains recent US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) decisions. Note especially Greg’s noting that SCOTUS made a decision that effectively reverses the decision to incarcerate people who walked through the Capitol building on Janury 6 2020.

Greg also explains that SCOTUS reversed the decision in Chevron U.S.A., Inc. v. NRDC, 467 U.S. 837 (I984) which decided tht regulatory agencies were the experts in the field & the courts should just defer to their interpretation of the law. So for the past 40 years federal agencies have been able to interprete laws to mean whatever they want; and the courts had to just ‘go with it’. It was called Chevron Deference & it put bureaucrats in charge of the country.

It’s how OSHA (the Occupational Safety & Health Administration) was able to decide that everyone who worked for a large company had to get the jab or be fired. No law gave them that authority, they just made it up.

It’s how the ATF, the Bureau of Alcohol. Tobacco, firearms & Explosives, was able to decide a piece of plastic was a machine gun.

It’s how the USDA‘s - U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service, the NRCS, is able to decide that small puddle is a protected wetland.

It’s how out of control agencies have been able to create rules out of thin air, & force you to comply, and the courts had to simply defer to them, because they were the experts.

Imagine if your local police could just arrest you for any reason & no judge or jury was allowed to determine if you’d actually committed a crime or not. Just off to jail you go. That’s what Chevron Deference was. It was not only blatantly unconstitutional, it accused immeasurable harm to everyone. Thankfully it’s now gone. We haven’t even begun to feel the effects of this decision in the courts. It will be used for years to come to roll back federal agencies and we’ll all be better off for it.

And that’s why politicians & corporate media are freaking out about it.

[Ron: Actually, this and other recent SCOTUS decisions* are designed to highlight the criminal nature of previous SCOTUS decisions & their criminal use by Deep State bureaucratic elements bent on destroying US society.

* For instance the decision in https://www.npr.org/2023/06/29/1181138066/affirmative-action-supreme-court-decision which gutted the federal government policies based on Talmudic cultural Marxist ideologies.

Once the unlawful nature of these previous SCOTUS decisions & their effects become obvious the unlawful nature of the UCC based Maritime Law judicial system in the US & elsewhere will become apparent and they will be replaced by a system based on natural universal law which will emphasise common law rights & responsibilities. Existing judiciaries will be abolished & replaced by common law jurisdictions & juries. Although it has been said that existing judges will be ”retrained” to administer natural common law justice it’s difficult to see how those trained to enforce Talmudic legislation can be usefully employed or needed in a natural law environment.

For instance common law juries would eviscerate any politician or bureaucrat purporting to impose personal environmental attitudes and rules on sovereign farmers or home owners’ use of their land or rainfall falling upon it that do not infringe upon the rights of anyone else.

During the Millennial Reign individuals will be sovereign and be required to accept personal responsability for their contracts, actions & any culpable inaction. Juries of their peers will presumably be responsible for deciding contentious issues. Ordinarily no judges or government officials will be empowered to tell sovereign juries what they can know, do or decide.].
