SINCE 1783 US COURTS HAVE FUNCTIONED UNDER THE DEEP STATE CABAL'S MARITIME LAW WHERE CITIZENS WERE THE PROPERTY OF THE BRITISH CROWN WITHOUT THE ABILITY TO USE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW TO DEFEND THEMSELVES.

 REALITY OF THE US COURT SYSTEM:

· Since the First Industrial Revolution American history has been shaped, manipulated and controlled by a very small, but powerful Jewish Family called the Rothschilds who rule the US through use of the Illuminati Deep State Cabal and ancient secret societies like the 13 Illuminati Bloodline Families, Rockefellers, Freemasons, Rosicrucian, Skull and Bones, Bilderberg, Council of Foreign Relations, Committee of 300, Club of Rome, United Nations and World Economic Forum at Davos Switzerland.

· Most in America think they have the protection of the Constitution and freedom to use Constitutional Law. Under Constitutional law allegiance is owed to the laws of a sovereign government and natives are both subjects and citizens.

[Ron: Sovereignty vests in ensouled individual human beings by virtue of their being indwelt by a fragment of Creator consciousness. It DOES NOT vest in artificial corporate entities such as ‘governments’ and ‘courts’ which sovereign human beings create. It follows that artificial entities like governments and courts cannot validly dictate to sovereign individuals how they must think and/or act. Arguably Natural Law requires that communities of sovereign individuals must collectively agree on their modes of governance and adjudication of disputes. It follows that ONLY a jury of an ensouled human being’s peers can validly determine his/her guilt or innocence when accused of a serious breach of Natural Law ].

· However, in reality America has been ruled from 1783 to this day by the British Crown and Rothschilds under International Maritime Admiralty Law. This was symbolized by gold fringe (symbolic of Royalty), which was attached to the border of every U.S. flag hanging in every courtroom across America.

· Under Admiralty Law, the citizens of the U.S. are considered the property of the British Crown and cannot use precepts of the U.S. Constitution (1873) to defend themselves because they are not a party to it.

· America is a British Colony ruled by the privately owned US Corporation, not the land mass that existed before the Revolutionary War. The Treaty of 1783 declared independence from Great Britain, but identified the King/Queen of England as the Prince of the United States.

· The US Supreme Court is overseen by the Rothschild Corporation’s US Inc. in Washington DC that functions under Admiralty Law.

· Unrealized by the common person was that the most powerful court in America was not the United States Supreme Court, but the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania – the original capital of the United States of America.

· There have not been any judges in America since 1789. There have only been Administrators who rule over codes, rules, regulations, policy and statutes, which were not the law but have been used in courts to project authority through Admiralty Law.

· Unrecognized is that Common Law is the real law, the Supreme Law of the land.

· If you are of legal age and retain legal counsel in your defense, you are automatically assumed by the court that goes by Admiralty Law, to be a mentally incompetent ward of the court, and can therefore be remanded indefinitely to any mental institution of the court’s choosing.

· Ex employees of the IRS have repeatedly maintained that there is no law to make you pay income taxes to the Rothschild privately owned US Corporation. Evidently you do that “voluntarily” when you sign your IRS form.

· However Patriots like Ken and Barbara Cromar of the “Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS Case” have paid a great price for trying to maintain their God given sovereignty.

Even though they proved in a US Federal Tax Court that they owed no money to the IRS, ever since they have been forced into a now-seven year fight with the Rothschild privately owned IRS.

The IRS has used Admiralty Law to carry out court orders where on two occasions 24 man SWAT Teams swooped down on their quiet neighborhood, took possession of their fully paid for “dream home” and threw away all their possessions including expensive camera equipment Ken used to make a living.

Presently Ken is sitting in a jail cell, having been charged and convicted of residing in his own home and stealing his own possessions.

The Cabal was obviously making an example of the Cromars to prove what they will do to you if you don’t adhere to their unlawful and unconstitutional demands.
