Renewable Power Projects 'Hurting' Farmers. Farmers Are Fed Up.

Farmer's are fed up with foreign energy companies cutting down every tree in sight & blanketing landscapes with towers & mirrors. Windmills & solar panels don't work, look at your rising power bills.

Nationals Senator Matt Canavan mentions one farmer who’ll have to drive through 9 miles of mirrors to get to his house and another farmer who is being surrounded by 11,000 hectares of wind turbines some of which will virtually overshadow his back yard.

Matt Canavan rightly says that there’s nothing green about renewable energy. the only thing green about it is that it makes a lot of money for a lot of people. That’s what its all about.

No doubt the middle class city “greenies” who love the idea of removing millions of trees to make way for 200-300+ foot monster windmills and using millions of acres of land for solar farms (to save the planet) would change their minds if they had to live near them. Greenies are Nimbies, they don’t want possible windmill catastrophes in their backyard.

Windmills and solar farms use huge amounts of high energy-cost construction materials including aluminium, rare earths and electronics not to mention prodigious quantities of steel and cement the production of which require massive amounts of energy that has to be generated by coal, oil and gas fired generators.

Apart from the normal problems of disposing of the materials in decommissioned windmills the risks associated with malfunctioning windmills and the cost of cleaning up debris fields when they explode or collapse are significant.

Windmills and solar farms have a very short productive life (15 to 25 years) compared to hydrocarbon fuelled power plants.

During their entire lifetime solar and wind turbines generate less power than is required to manufacture and dispose of them. The reason they are profitable for power corporations and users is that they are subsidised by governments both financially and via provision of back-up power supplied by conventional hydrocarbon based power generators. In other words governments conceal their true costs using tax payers’ funds.

Disposal of defunct windmills and solar panels is difficult and expensive, requiring additional energy expenditure because their components are not easily recycled.

Existing wind and solar power generation modes need hydrocarbon fuel generated power to create their components and the cement and steel needed to build them. That process requires more  power than their output during their lifetime. As a result the pseudo environmentally friendly renewable energy industries are increasing the environmental degradation of this planet.

A Canberra Times News article, ‘End-of-life plan urged for thousands of wind turbines’, at page 4 of the Canberra Times dated 26/6/22, reported that tens of thousands of wind turbine blades could be destined for landfill by the end of the decade because they cannot be recycled in a cost effective way.

The article quotes University of South Australia Professor Peter Majewski saying that it is not realistic to expect a market-based recycling solution. He indicates that without cost effective disposal solutions energy options like wind and solar may prove no more sustainable than the technologies they replace. In other words, governments will have to conceal the truth using subsidies from taxpayers.

This highlights the fact that all "renewable" energy is actually "replaceable" energy. Every 15-25 years these alt-energy systems and structures will need replacement, using hydrocarbon generated energy for that disposal and replacement process.

Windmills and solar panels are not recyclable and don’t produce as much power during their lifetime as is required to make them. In other words, windmills do not reduce the overall carbon footprint of the power they produce. The Green Energy narrative is a LIE.

Ultimately deconstruction and disposal costs of windmill and solar panel components will be an additional burden on taxpayers despite the fact that taxpayers must also subsidise their production and installation. 

Similar problems arise in relation to the manufacture, installation and disposal of solar panels which have a similarly very limited productive life. Solar panel manufacture also requires lots of rare earth and other special materials, many of which cannot be recycled.

Because they depend on variable weather conditions, windmills and solar energy power production requires hydrocarbon fuelled backup plants to ensure continuity of production. That extra capacity must be subsidised through taxation of the general population.

ALL transport vehicles today are power driven, the only difference between today's electric vehicles and those powered directly by hydro-carbon fuels is the locale in which the power is generated. Moreover, the power generated remotely is largely produced by burning coal, oil or gas in production plants instead of on-board internal combustion engines.

That remotely produced base load power generation should be done by safe, cheap and effective nuclear and thorium power plants, Russia, China and India already use thorium power generation. The rest of the world could too.

In the 1930s, Nichola Tesla developed and demonstrated a battery free motor vehicle running on electricity extracted from the atmosphere. 

Our current dependence on burning hydrocarbons for energy and transport was created by the Rockefellers and their plutocratic brethren over a century ago. In order to profit from flogging oil, tyres and motor vehicles, those vested interests destroyed the effectiveness of the railway systems in the UK and US (especially in California) and elsewhere, by buying up and shutting down, or pressuring governments to downgraded existing extensive and viable railroad systems in order to foist car and truck ownership and use on populations. Most Western nations copied the US in due course.

Somewhat ironically the same plutocratic corporate interests that destroyed rail transport to favour road transport are now trying to suppress motor vehicle ownership and internal combustion and jet engine transport modes, ostensibly “to save the planet” from releases of the CO2 which they spent the entire 20th century foisting upon the Western world.

Paradoxically the governments and climate change activists clamouring for construction of windmills and solar farms are Luddites in that they are refusing to accept that the suppressed patents and technological power generation discoveries of Nikola Tesla and many others, some of which occurred over 130 years ago, have been suppressed for a century and more, but are now being released, and available. Tesla’s demonstration of his ‘free energy’ engine in a Pierce Arrow car in 1931 indicates that its looong past time that the US patents office and military released Tesla’s inventions for general use by everyone on this planet. People won’t believe the truth until they see it. The charade that we have to burn stuff or rely on the weather to generate energy is nonsense. Failure to disclose the truth is killing people.
